He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Cummins and Dolores Cummins (Hayes); and his grandparents, Pete, Velma Cummins, Raymond and Esther Hayes.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Lee Oberlink (Jason) of Lawrenceville, Jessica Lee Cummins of Vincennes and Jeremie Dean Cummins of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his siblings, Debra Ragin (John) of Lawrenceville, Donna Hinton of Sumner, Daniel Cummins (Cindy) of Lawrenceville and Deanna Russell of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jared Cummins, Bradly Cummins, Makayla Johnson, Adrianna Johnson, Ivy Oberlink, Hunter Miller and Draven Oberlink; and his great grandchildren, Laila Bellfield and Kamari Graham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
