She is survived by: her parents, Bob Chenoweth and Cindy Ragsdale (Thurman); her husband Timothy Kolb; her son Kaden; her grandchild Hadley; her stepfathers, Dave Ragsdale of Plainfield, Indiana and Dan Jessup of Mooresville, Indiana; her sister Nicole Moore (Paul); and her grandmother Diana Chenoweth.
