He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hedde and Gladys Hedde; his sister Donna Padgett; and his son Charles Hedde. He is survived by: his wife Ann; and also, Sandra Tully (Hedde) and Janet Guess (Hedde).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Dr. Charles Hedde Memorial Fund through the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation.
