He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. Folks, Sr. and Helen (Terven); and his brother Ray Folks. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Folks; his children, Denise Ann Drzewiecki (Scott) of Vincennes, IN and Kevin Folks of Lawrenceville, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan Worstell (Chelsea), Ravyn Thompson-Worstell (Frank) and Skylynn Drzewiecki; his great grandchildren, London and Kingston; and his siblings, Mary Folks, Roger and Carl Folks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
