He is survived by: his mother Barbara McKim (McAdow); his daughter Nicole McKim of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his sister Stacy McKim of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his stepchildren, Stephen Murphy, Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana and Tricia Martens of Evansville, Indiana; and his nephews, Josh Manley and Zach Manley.
