He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Weaver and Nora Weaver (McKeighen); and his siblings, James Leon Weaver, Francis Malcolm Weaver, Hughes Alton Weaver, Blanchard Weaver, Glen Dewey Weaver, Donald Eugene Weaver, Thelma Derethia Babb and Ruth Olga Broadhacker.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Weaver (Mildred) of Flat Rock, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
