She is survived by: her husband Howard Eugene Smith; her son Phillip Smith (Nancy); her grandson Tim Smith (Autumn); her great grandchildren, Mila and Ava Smith; her granddaughter Tamy Smith (J. D.); her great grandchildren, Amity, Avery and Anika Smith; her grandson David Smith (Jeanette); and her great grandchild Elizabeth Smith.
