She is survived by: her sons, Michael Oates (Chanda) of Central City and Joseph Oates of Smiths Grove, Kentucky; her siblings, Ezra Smith, Jr. of Evansville, Indiana, Shirley Crick of Crofton and Mary Hartz of Owensboro, Kentucky; her stepchildren, Scottie Linder (Elizabeth) of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Megan Plunkett (Billy) of Dexter, Missouri; and her brother-in-law Edward R. Tate (Lea Ann).
