She is survived by: her parents, Michael Thacker and Susan Garrett (Kirkwood); her husband Robert M. Harper; her daughter Cindel McClaskey of Lawrenceville, Illinois; her grandmother Pauline Kirkwood of Lawrenceville, Illinois; her stepsiblings, Greg Garrett (Rachel), Jordan Garrett (Alicia), Josh Garrett (Maureen) and Kelly Buckman (Luke); and her parents-in-law, Homer of Kentucky and Dorothy Harper of Kentucky.
