She was predeceased by: her grandfather John Bolmer. She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Forsythe (Kelly) and Kelly Forsythe of Lawrenceville; her brothers, Diesel and Jesse Forsythe; and her grandparents, Debra Bolmer of Bridgeport, Harold and Caroline Forsythe of Lawrenceville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
