She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Garrison and Cleo Garrison (Philbee); her sisters, Sharon Kay Garrison and Bonnie Stevens (Garrison); her brother-in-law Jesse Stevens; and her grandparents, Holland, Inez Garrison, Walter and Louise Philbee (Stargel).
She is survived by: her husband Danny E. Powell; her daughter Starla L. Yelm (Powell); her son-in-law Kent Yelm; and her grandchildren, Katelynn Yelm and Brandon Yelm.
Memorials may be made to the Dahinda Methodist Church or to the Williamsfield American Legion Auxiliary.
