She is survived by: her sons, Robert Letterly (Libby) of Springfield, Gary Letterly (Lynn) of Latham, Roger Letterly (Kim) of Latham and Jerry Letterly of Latham; her grandchildren, Mark, Adam, Max, Aaron, Kevin, Cameron, Jordan and Sophia; and her siblings, Mary Ann Miller (Keith) of Troy, IL, Bonnie Spener (John) of Galesburg, IL and Robert Maske of Mt. Pulaski, IL..

Memorial donations may be made in Frances' name to Zion Lutheran Church or School in Mt. Pulaski, IL.
