He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Stark; and his parents, Henry Stark and Josephine Stark. He is survived by: his brother Robert Stark, Sr. (Christine); his nephew Robert Stark, Jr.; his niece Ann Massignani (Louis); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ewan, Willa, Sofia, Vince and Ava.
Due to the ongoing health situation surrounding COVID19, a memorial service will be held at a later date for Bill at Smits Funeral Home.
