He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Mosley and William Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Jackie); his sons, Thomas Mosley and Jonathan Mosley (Kristian); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Andrew, Anthony, Victoria, Morgan, Elizabeth and McKenzie; his foster mother Wanda Smith; his siblings, Joyce Mosley, Ronnie Mosley, Connie Grawe (Tim), Helen Nolte (Danny) and Mark Mosley; and his foster brothers, Earl Smith and Matthew Smith (Megan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tony's name to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2505 Indiana Ave., Lansing, IL.
