He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Reid and Byron Reid; his siblings, Michael Reid and Shirley Kester; and his close friend Robert Wittle.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Reid; his children, Joe Winkiewicz, Lisa Friesner (Chet), Danielle Kenney (Brett), Timothy Reid (Madeline) and Taylor Reid (Peter Wild); his grandchildren, Joseph, Toni, Caden, Zachary, Savannah, Blake and Cole; and his sisters, Sharon Kerley (Boyd) and Dr. Saundra Clark (Gary Campbell). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home (14 Kennedy Ave, Schererville, IN 46375). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
