He was predeceased by: his brother James McCormick; and his parents, Howard McCormick and Elizabeth McCormick. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy J. McCormick, Daniel C. McCormick and Matthew P. McCormick; and his sisters, Kathleen Slattery, Jeanne Bates and Nancy Buchanan.
