He was predeceased by: his parents, Thoger and Anine; his grandson Paul Eberhardt; his niece Cindy Skovmose; and his brother Allen Iversen.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Anne Potter; his children, Sharryl Norris (Steve), Lynn Wurth (Ken), Anne Eberhardt (John), Erik Iversen (Marina) and Kristoffer Iversen (Debbie); his stepchildren, Karen Jadwin (Gavin), Carl Potter and Robert Potter (Michelle); his sister Ann Iversen; his niece Dana Moeller (Anna Skovmose); his nephew Kristian Skovmose; his former wife Barbara Hazelwood; and his daughter Janet Simpson.
