She was predeceased by: her spouse Carmello D'Agostino; and her parents, Clark Collins-Joseph and Ada Collins-Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Lewis Allen Joseph and Leisa Maria Hickey (James). She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
