He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malkas and Lillian Malkas; and his brother-in-law George L. Kadar Jr. Fond. He is survived by: his sister Darlene Kadar.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (500 Northgate Dr, Dyer, IN 46311). A burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
