She is survived by: her children, Douglas Botma, David Botma (Virginia), Debbie Bruce (Tim), Daniel Botma and Denise Maday; her grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Sara Botma, Nicholas, Melanie Bruce, Scott, Amy Maday, Jessica, Christopher and Steven Botma; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Ryan; and her brother James Olthoff (Marilyn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
