He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Dziubczynski (Mary Kay), Raymond Dziubczynski, Deborah Wroblewski (Phil), James Dziubczynski (Kim), Annette Humphrey (Nick), Nancy Moreno (Guillermo) and Anthony Kieltyka (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
