He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Toms and Peggy Toms. He is survived by: his brother David Toms (Pamela); his nieces, Courtney Morgan (Mark), Ashley Toms and Taylor Toms (Karl Boubouleix); his great-niece Penelope Toms Morgan; and his great-nephew Theodore William Morgan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
