He is survived by: his father Richard Cislo; his sisters, Lisa Cherbak (Edward) and Julie Cislo Sykes; his nephews, Scott Edburg (Marissa) and Zachary Sykes (Rinnah); his niece Amber Edburg; his great-nephews, John Owen and Charles Edburg; his uncle Robert Cislo; his aunt Arlene Matela; and his cousins, Jennifer Adams (Tom) and Melanie Berwanger (Michael).
