She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bridget Lally, Jack and Harriet Mason. She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Motluck (William) and John Mason (Kathy); her sons, Zachary and Gabriel Spatz; the father of her children Michael Spatz; her sister Theresa; her brother-in-law Daniel Hayden; and her nephews, John and Adam Hayden. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Maureen's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
