He is survived by: his wife Marge Ham; his daughters, Karen Terpstra (Keith), Linda Verkaik (Ken) and Sue Molnar (Bill); his grandchildren, Stefanie Broertjes (Jason), Heather Ward (Adam), Doug Verkaik (Joy), Jill Sanchez (Hector), Cody Molnar (Ashley) and Carley Molnar; his great grandchildren, Jeremy, Jackson Broertjes, Landon, Nolan Ward, Anthony and Lydia Verkaik; and his sibling Gerri Hoeksema (George).
