She was predeceased by: her husband Walter W. Jacobson; and her son Michael Jacobson. She is survived by: her children, Tom Jacobson (Diane), Brian Jacobson, Mark Jacobson (Debbie), Stewart Jacobson and Patty Jacobson; and her daughter-in-law Mariann Jacobson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
