He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albarta Singleton and Herbert Singleton; his wife Elisa; his daughters, Stephanie, Stacey (Michael), Lauralynn (Robert), Cynthia (Ricky) and Pamela (Rodney); his grandchildren, Seth and Sarah; his friend LaRez Coney-Bradley; his son Leroy Singleton, Jr.; his brother Herbert Singleton, Jr.; and his cousin Oliver "Sonny" Holliday. He was also cherished by friends and family.
