He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Ruth Mazzocco and Eugene Zelasko. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Mazzocco and Susan Mazzocco; his brother Giancarlo; his stepsiblings, Rebecca (Dave Phelps) and Michael (Jessica); and his grandmother Myrna Zelasko. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins.
