He is survived by: his children, Thomas Van Dellen (Kathy), Michael Van Dellen (Rhonda), Cheryl Fugate (Travis) and Cari Van Wieren (Matt); and his siblings, Chuck Van Dellen (Julie), Norma Fraser, Donna Kamp (Ron) and Carol Goodwin (Mark).
