She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Plank and Emma Plank; her brother Richard Plank; her children, Jeffry Hanas and Denise Hanas-Hummel; and her stepson Phillip Mankowski.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Mankowski; her son Brian Hanas; and her stepchildren, Christopher Mankowski and Danielle Kubiak. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Judith's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
