She was predeceased by: her former husband Truman Ford; her husband George Hohmann; her parents, Helen Claiborne and William Taylor Claiborne; her son Charles Ford (late Joyce); her stepson Gregory Hohmann (late Lavetta); and her siblings, Azilee Goins (late Everett), Naomi Goins (late Joe Clyde), Taylor Claiborne (late Pallie), Mary Duncan (late Lloyd, Sr.) and Lucille Siler (late James).
She is survived by: her children, Helen Rausch (late Richard), Glenn Ford (Dyan) and Roy Ford (late Dawn); and her stepson Phillip Hohmann (Jeanette). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
