He is survived by: his wife Holly; his daughters, Brittany Mosca (Adrian) and Brandy Grant (Nathan); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob and Lucilia; his sisters, Susan Randall (James) and Ellen Morales (Joe); his parents-in-law, Arthur Cain (Rita) and Phyllis Cain; his siblings-in-law, Bo Cain (Sue) and Tammy Davis; his godson Jaden; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Brandon, Cameron, Chris, CJ, Christopher, Evan, Jason (Patrice), Jonathan, Jr. (Kaitie), Mason, Matthew, Reid, Teagan, Addy, Alexis, Allie, Amanda (Jamie), Angela (Timothy), Aubrey, Becki (Jeffrey), Crystal (Thomas), Gillian, Katie, Laney, Madilyn, Makenzie, Taylor and Cera.

Joe loved his Village of Lansing, and the charity work he did.
