It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey P. Bernard (Lansing, Illinois), who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Bernard. He is survived by: his mother Janet; his sisters, Joan Renee Yalley and Kathryn Bernard (Scott Clark); his nieces, Nastassia Yalley (Matthew Galvin), Ashley Bernard-Clark and Taylor Bernard-Clark; and his pet Gidget.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jeff's name to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church.
