She was predeceased by: her father Paul Bomba; and her sister Edith Brooks. She is survived by: her husband George Ferko; her daughters, Shannon Ziolkowski (Tom), Katlin Grugel (Louis) and Alexandra Framke (Colin); her grandchildren, Jacob, Brody of Camden, TJ, Colton, Tess, Archer, Hank and Wesley; and her siblings, Paula Boukal, Paul Bomba (Angela), Vicki Bomba-Arden and Luke Bomba (Jamie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kish Funeral Home (10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cemetery Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (711 W 77th Ave, Merrillville, IN 46410).
