He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his close friend Betty Kerns. He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Hulsey (Gary), Audrey Rothgeb of Fowler, Leanna Cartwright of Merrillville and Judy Hartsough (John) of Fowler; his grandchildren, Craig, Adam, Matt, Elliot, Amanda, Luke and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Shepard and Alice.
