She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Mlynarcik; her stepson Jeremy Mlynarcik; her brother-in-law Bob Kaminski; and her parents, Edward Koscielniak and Dorothy Koscielniak.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Burkhart and Joshua Mlynarcik (Janine); her grandchildren, Katherine, Steven Southard, Esmeralda Burkhart, Millie and Coco Mlynarcik; her sisters, Jean McBride (Jesse) and Jane Kaminski; and her brothers-in-law, Gerald (Lana) and Larry Mlynarcik (Paula).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (3010 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A burial will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
