She was predeceased by: her husband Richard De Jong; her brother Dr. Henry De Boer (Mildred); her parents, Rinze Boer and Dora De Boer; and her great grandchild Isaac Luttjeboer.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon De Jong (Barb), Deborah Lindemulder (Paul), David De Jong (Debra), Donna Fisher (John), Doreen Beezhold (Steve) and Duane De Jong (Gloria). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
