She is survived by: her son Jared; her siblings, Janice Fleming (Todd), Liz Evans, Audrey Dearing, Sandy Sears (Sean) and Daniel Perry (Jean); her nephew Jimmy; her niece Jillian Thomas; and her pet Max.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Hope's name to the American Heart Association and or the Suicide Prevention Lifeline Foundation.
