It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis R. Stepina Jr. of Lansing, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sr. Stepina and Mildred Stepina. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Rose (Patti) and Jim Ross (Vicki Miguca); his cousin Caroline Flanigan; and his mother-in-law Betty Ross.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Frank's name to the National Kidney Foundation.
