He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalio Rincon and Ignacia Rincon. He is survived by: his wife Francisca Rincon (Luna); his children, Maribel Esparza (Efren), Godofredo Rincon (Josefina Ruiz), Oscar Rincon (Evangelina), Ofelia Rincon and Marta Rincon (Matthew Ansburg); his grandchildren, Efren Jr., Karina, Quetzal, Aaron, Joshua, Lauren, Yariana, Nicholas, Madeline and Lukas; and his great grandchildren, Naxieli and Anastasia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
