He was predeceased by: his wife Joan V. Banach; his parents, Joseph Banach and Agnes Banach; his siblings, Helen Szulczewski (Walter) and Henry Banach (Rose); and his son John.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Rauwolf and Mark Banach (Margaret); his grandchildren, Scott Kintz, Robin Kintz, Joseph Kintz, Andrew Banach and Ashley Banach; and his great grandchildren, Kacey, Collin, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Cole.
