He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tobin; his daughter Barbara Herlitz (Dennis); his grandchildren, Laurie Tuttle, Michelle Osburn and Jennifer Bennett; and his great grandchildren, Bella Osburn and Mason Osburn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (1413 169th St, Hammond, IN 46324).
