David Holleman Obituary

Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father William Holleman; and his niece Ashley McMahon. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude (late William); his sister Kathy Woodnorth (late Steve); and his nephew Michael Woodnorth.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Glen United Reformed Church (2244 Indiana Ave, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1881 Thornton Lansing Rd, Lansing, IL 60438).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in David's name to Mid-America Reformed Seminary and or The National Right To Life Committee.
