Cynthia (Marciniak) A. Hope Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia (Marciniak) A. Hope of Lansing, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Marciniak and Jean Marciniak. She is survived by: her husband Dean; her son Jacob; her siblings, Thomas Marciniak (Jo), Chip Marciniak (Cindy) and Kathy Quinlan (Mike); and her brothers-in-law, Neal Hope (Janice) and Tom Hope (Lynn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (3010 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
