She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel R. Cord-Cruz; her daughter Theresa Hester-Johnson; her parents, Silvino Antonio Sr. and Pacencia San Antonio; and her siblings, Soledad, Romeo, Silvino Jr., Adoracion, Norma and Rogelio.
She is survived by: her children, Carmina Salgado (Gerardo), Mary Aileen Dunleavy (Terence), Edwin Cord-Cruz (Evyan), Danilo Cord-Cruz (Marinelia) and Joseph Cord-Cruz (Erlynn); her grandchildren, Troy, Leroy, Gilroy, Gabrielle, Mia, Brenan Kevin, Nikko, Hannah, Karlo, Cesco, Doyle, Cami and Mika; and her niece Bubut J. Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
