He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Surdyk and Claire Surdyk (late Emma Bomba); and his brother Tim Surdyk. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Surdyk (Janice); the mother of his children Beth Dangelo (Chris); his children, Danny Surdyk (Laura) and Jackie Campbell (Dave); and his grandchild Louie Surdyk.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438).
