He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hubbard Garmany and Margaret Jean Brackney Garmany. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynne Castle Garmany; his children, Rebecca Lyn Garmany of Fort Mill, SC, Laura Jeanine Kennedy (Ken) of Fort Mill, SC, Kathleen Marie Kingsbury of Hubert, NC and Charles Arthur Garmany (Adrianna) of Indian Land, SC; his grandchildren, Emma Kingsbury, Della Garmany and Ryan Epling; his aunts, Mary Jane Boldt of Michigan and Patricia Charbo of Wyoming; and his close friend Missy.
