She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Houtsma; her brothers, John Witvoet (late Joann), William "Bill" Witvoet (Lucille), Boyd "Pete" Witvoet Jr. (Nancy), Andrew "Tim" Witvoet (Jan Van Kuiken) and Robert Witvoet (Barb); and her parents, Boyd Sr. Witvoet and Sadie Witvoet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Porte (Kevin), Linda Foster (Jim) and Rosemary Jellema (Ken); her siblings, Sadie Lynn Puent (Jack) and James Witvoet (Debbie); and her sisters-in-law, Alice Reimers, Jean Ellen Kuipers (Julian) and Arlene Pfau (John).
Memorial contributions may be given to Faith Christian School (7571 S. Ridge Rd. Dixon, IL 61021).
