He is survived by: his wife Lee Anne Smith; his children, Carla D. Smith, Angela M. Fallen (Guy) and Carl J. Smith; his grandchildren, Myles Fallen, Erin Fallen, Leanna Smith, Carly Smith and Lillian Smith; his great grandchild Noah Fallen; and his siblings, James Smith and Barbara Sanders.
