He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Baker; his parents, Homer Baker and Hildred Baker; and his siblings, Lee Baker, Tom Baker and Linda Smead.

He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Schuitema (late Gilbert), Lolita Baker, Marcia Russell (late William), Joe Baker (Connie) and Michael Baker (Patti).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Billy's name to the Edward Hines Jr.
